These terms are an agreement between you and [operator name or company] and cover your use of the Salon app and this website. By using Salon, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live to use Salon. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your content

Everything you log in Salon belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process, and sync it only so we can provide the app to you. You're responsible for the client information you enter and for having permission to keep it.

Your numbers

Salon helps you track your business, but it isn't accounting, tax, or financial advice. Check figures that matter, like your taxes, with a professional.

Fair use

Don't use Salon for anything unlawful, try to access other people's data, interfere with the service, or get around limits such as daily scan allowances.

Purchases

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and you manage or cancel them there. [Plans and prices, the 7-day free trial, renewal, and refunds]

Changes to the app

We're always working on Salon, so features may change or be removed. We work to keep it running smoothly, but it's provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Salon in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Salon and delete your account at any time from Account in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, except where the law where you live gives you protections that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date above, and we'll let you know in the app before a significant change takes effect.
